Hala Sidqi Remembers Salah El-Saadani in Arabisk
The artist Hala Sidqi spoke about her relationship with the late Salah El-Saadani through the works they collaborated on, most notably the series Arabisk.
In a phone call with media personality Engy Ali on Nogoum FM, Hala Sidqi mentioned that Salah El-Saadani was one of the most prominent artists she worked with in the artistic community, having collaborated on 14 projects alongside her radio works.
Hala Sidqi also talked about the behind-the-scenes of the series Arabisk, which is their most famous work together, emphasizing that the show had unique behind-the-scenes moments due to the audience’s love for the dramatic storyline between Hassan Arabisk and Tawhida.
She added that a scene was added to the final episode of Arabisk, depicting Tawhida’s return to Hassan Arabisk, which created a different ending than the Egyptian version, reflecting the Arab audience’s affection for their relationship; this was a decision made by the producers to include a scene of their marriage again to delight the viewers.
Yehia El-Fakharany’s Call to Salah El-Saadani
Veteran actor Yehia El-Fakharany revealed the last phone call he had with the late Salah El-Saadani, stating: “The last call was during the Drama Festival when he apologized for attending, saying ‘I can’t make it.'”
Yehia El-Fakharany continued during a phone call on the program “Kalam Akheer,” hosted by media personality Lamis El-Hadidi on ON: “I wanted to inform him about the tribute… I asked him, ‘Can’t you come, Salah?’ He replied, ‘No, I can’t,’ and I accepted the award on his behalf and sent it to him.”
He continued, “I was the one who insisted on receiving it, telling him this is just a small tribute for all that you have contributed to the art of drama.”
Ibrahim Said’s Return to Al Ahly Due to Salah El-Saadani
Former Egyptian football star Ibrahim Said and host of the program +90 expressed his condolences for the passing of the esteemed artist Salah El-Saadani.
In statements made during the program +90 aired on Al-Nahar channel, Ibrahim Said stated: “Everyone feels sad about the passing of the esteemed artist Salah El-Saadani because he was a wonderful artist and person; I have worked with him before.”
He added: “I interacted with artist Salah El-Saadani when I was a player, and he was instrumental in my return to Al Ahly. He previously hosted me at his home to bridge gaps and facilitate my return to the club.”
